Staff great, fruit and ice cream as apology, cheap room in great location, incredible value for money, excellent breakfast.

The hotel is located in an interesting area near Deansgate Station, right on the canal. The rooms are comfortable with nice window views and walk-in showers. The staff provide excellent service and the breakfast, although not included, offers tasty options including veggie sausages and dairy-free choices.

No improvements needed, everything was great.

The location was incredible - ease of access to The Opera House. It was located in a good area right by city centre, local restaurants and bars, and the pubs, an incredible base for me.

We enjoyed staff and location, every detail was provided. Totally perfect 10/10 stay during our visit.

As youngsters, we loved the comfortable lounge area and the tasty food, especially the breakfast. The on-site parking was a great bonus too.

We felt welcomed into the family and had no complaints.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just a short walk from Manchester Oxford Road station and Deansgate. It was perfect for exploring the city. The room was clean and had all the necessary facilities, including a coffee machine. The highlight was definitely the on-site bar, which stayed open late and served great drinks.

Enjoyed the place, it was fabulous and worked for me. The breakfast had a great selection of selection, the food was excellent. The hotel had a central location and it was a short walk to a night club. Walk from a bus station, lovely area.

Quite noisy staff!

Staff and location were excellent and I loved it. The room met requirements, decent sized with a lovely view. Everything seemed perfect, clean.

The hotel is situated in a renovated Wharf area, right next to a beautiful canal. It's also conveniently located very close to the tram, making it easy to explore the city. The reception recommended a lovely Italian restaurant nearby, which was a great dining option. The room was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The staff provided friendly and attentive service throughout the stay.

The hotel lacked air-conditioning, making the rooms quite warm, especially during hot weather.

Everything was great, perfect staff made our stay such great. It was in a central setting and near to cafés and restaurants.

The property was effective with courteous staff especially the manager, I truly enjoyed my stay.

Economical, clean place, everything was great, including location and people. Big room, huge bathroom. Early check-in, late check-out. I went to a lovely restaurant and liked the Italian dishes.

The hotel staff were exceptional, rooms were quiet and brilliant.

Convenient location near museums, Hilton, and Deansgate. Excellent facilities including large rooms, swimming pool, steam room, and sauna. Helpful and friendly staff. Great value for money.
